•Quantity Needed Depends On Gate Size: Typically two brackets are used per gate post, with posts set 10' or less apart. It is important to note that both the first and last post also require brackets.
•Easy To Install: Slide Gate Brackets are installed by removing the included "U" bolt, placing the bracket on the gate side of the post, replacing the "U" bolt and tightening with a crescent wrench.
•Use Correct Gate Posts: The ability to hold the gate safely will largely be determined by the gate posts. Typical weights used are Sch20 or Sch40, which can typically be found at any steel supplier.
